Domestic Shipping
Your order will be delivered through Australia Post eParcel in most cases. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Full details can be found at www.auspost.com.au.

Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times e.g. Christmas and Easter.

Pets for Life does not accept any responsibility for shipping times and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required. We advise you to keep track of your delivery through the courier tracking number that can be found online in your Pets for Life account.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the parcel may be left at your premises or a delivery card will be left at your home and the parcel will be sent to the closest Australia Post location. If for any reason you do not arrange to pick the parcel up promptly from the postal outlet, the parcel will be returned to us. Should this occur, you will be required to pay a fee for re-delivery.

Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address. Please advise us asap prior to sending your item if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct information. Once your item is shipped unfortunately there is nothing further we can do. 

Great care is taken to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition, free from defect. All our items are carefully packed and posted in secure packaging for maximum protection however please be advised that we do NOT take any personal responsibility for the courier service, with the slim chance the item becomes lost or damaged in transit.

We ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared funds.

What is a PRE ORDER? 
Pre Order simply means that the item is not currently in stock but we are able to restock within 1-2 weeks. Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. By placing a pre order, your entire order will be shipped when ALL products become available. If you urgently need a product that is in stock before the pre order item is available, please place two separate orders.

How much is postage?
For all orders, the postage is determined by the total dimensions of your order. You can view your specific postage options on the cart or checkout page.

Do you offer express postage?
Yes we do! It is a flat rate of $15.

Do you deliver to P.O. Box address? 
Yes we can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia using Australia Post. If a courier is required to deliver your order, they will not be able to deliver to a PO Box address, therefore we will need a street address.

Where are my items shipped from?
All items are shipped from Brisbane, Australia

Can I pick up my order if I’m located in Brisbane?
Yes you can! Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, I will get in touch via email to arrange the pick up location.

Can I track my order? 
Yes! You can track the delivery status of your order on the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au.

What happens to ‘return to sender’ parcels?
Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked ‘return to sender’ the buyer must pay the same postage fee to have the item re-delivered to them again. 

Cancellation of Orders
Pets for Life may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. 

Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we do not cancel/refund orders. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us ASAP and we’ll see what we can do before your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Below is an estimated guide for standard deliveries and when you can expect delivery of your parcel. Please note these times are a guide and may vary.

Please allow extra time over the Christmas period and allow for public holidays. 

The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Full details can be found at www.auspost.com.au. Express orders within the metro areas will arrive in 1 business day unless otherwise advised by Australia Post.
